Spent Xmas in a modern & comfortable hotel with excellent food and friendly staff. The room was well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The hotel’s location was also a plus, as it was close to the major attractions and transportation. the breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Some aspects of the hotel still need improvement. The room was not completely soundproof, and noise from the bar area could be heard on the first floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not of a big choice, but tasty! The bed is very comfortable, the room was always comfortably warm and the shower was just super.

The bar is constantly overcrowded with visitors from the city, I felt uncomfortable as a guest of the hotel, because from a certain time of day no table was available. The rooms are nice and clean but a bit too small.

The double room with a double bed was a bit small.

Despite some shortcomings, my Easter experience at this hotel was not all bad. the location was fantastic, just minutes away from several attractions. the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complementary toiletries provided. Dislikes: Unfortunately, there were several downsides to my stay that made it less than enjoyable. the heating in the room was not working properly, making it uncomfortably cold throughout my visit. the bathroom was poorly maintained and had several issues, including mold in the shower and dirty floors. Lastly, the hotel lacked any kind of on-site dining options, forcing me to venture out late at night in search of food.

Urbanista Hotel & Bar in Stip is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms have interesting design and are very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the location is excellent, with convenient parking. The bar adds to the overall experience. I would definitely visit again when in Shtip.
